Good Morning Doodle!
In Doodleland, where moods take flight, feelings shine from day to night!
Doodle woke up, sun shining bright,
Stretching and smiling - oh, what a light!
Doodle picked a band, sunny and new,
that read, “I feel happy!” - and it was true!
Breakfast smells, a wiggly tune,
the day was starting none too soon.
Feeling grateful, and full of cheer,
Doodle whispered, “I’m glad I’m here.”
The Midday Mix-Up
But later, oops - a spill, a mess!
Feelings tangled into stress.
Doodle’s tummy felt a twist,
that “uh-oh” feeling couldn’t be missed.
A band was swapped to match that view:
“I feel nervous”, and “I feel anxious" too.
With deep breaths in and worries out,
Doodle said, “I’ll figure it out.”
Then one more band helped calm the way
“I am brave,” it seemed to say.
Doodle wore it proud and strong,
and soon the moment wasn’t wrong.
The Afternoon Adventure
Outside play! A running race!
Doodle had a big grin on it's face.
Wind whooshed past and hearts beat fast,
this joy was made to last and last!
Doodle felt proud, unique, and kind,
helping a friend who fell behind.
“I got this,” Doodle said with cheer,
sharing smiles from ear to ear.
The Evening Calm
When the sky turned pink and soft and wide, Doodle’s energy slowed inside.
Time to rest, reflect, and say,
“What did I feel throughout my day?”
Doodle slipped on bands one by one:
“I am grateful.” “I am important.” Done.
“I feel calm.” “I feel relaxed.” Each little word helped Doodle's feelings unpack.
And when the stars began to shine, Doodle whispered, “These feelings are mine.” With a cozy sigh and sleepy grace, Doodle smiled a peaceful face.
