What is MOODLES and how does it support educators?
MOODLES is a game-changing Social Emotional Learning (SEL) program designed to teach kids emotions in a way that’s hands-on, engaging, and effective. More than just a lesson plan, MOODLES brings emotional awareness, empathy, and healthy communication into the classroom using interactive tools, lovable characters, and sensory toys for kids. With our unique classroom accessories (including colorful fidget bands) students can express how they feel without saying a word. These simple, powerful tools give teachers real-time emotional insight, making it easier to support emotional growth and restore classroom harmony. MOODLES doesn’t just name feelings, it helps kids understand the why behind them, turning big emotions into daily opportunities for connection and growth.
How is MOODLES different from other SEL programs used in the classroom?
Unlike traditional SEL programs that rely heavily on listening and discussion, MOODLES makes emotional learning hands-on and immediate. Our tools are tangibleand interactive, kids can wear a wristband to express how they feel without even saying a word. This empowers teachers to recognize emotional states instantly andadapt their approach in real time. We go beyond simply naming feelings by encouraging kids to explore why they feel that way, making emotional awareness an active, daily habit.
“One of my students came in crying, so I brought out all the MOODLES slap bands and asked him to choose the one that matched how he felt. He picked the I FEEL SAD band. A few other kids came over - one said he felt sad too, and they held the band together. Soon more students joined in, each choosing a band and sharing their feelings. After a minute, the boy who had been crying quietly picked up the I FEEL CALM band and said, ‘I feel calm now.’ It was a powerful moment of connection and self-awareness - all sparked by the bands.”

See what other educators have to say:
“This week, we explored ‘opposite’ feelings - how you can come in sad from missing
Mom or Dad but quickly feel happy to be with friends. Our class is learning that feelings change, all emotions are okay, and you can feel more than one at the same time.”
After just one month of using MOODLES in our class, I received a beautiful email from a parent thanking us for bringing the program into their child’s life. She shared that during dinner, her five-year-old looked around the table and said, ‘I think we should all talk about our feelings from today.’ It was such a simple moment—but such a powerful reminder of the impact MOODLES is having on him, and on their whole family.”
“I caught two students at the Doodle Board asking each other how they were
feeling—completely unprompted. Moments like that show MOODLES is doing exactly what we dreamed it would do.”
