How do MOODLES Slap Bands work?
MOODLES Slap Bands feature different characters and colors that represent specific emotions. Kids can wear a band to show how they’re feeling or swap them out as their mood changes. It’s a simple, fun way for children to express themselves without needing to find the right words.
In addition to Slap Bands, our MOODLES Wristbands are reversible, giving kids the option to flip the band and instantly display changing mood or emotion. Both the Slap Bands and Wristbands also feature inspirational and motivational messages, offering not only a way for children to express their feelings but also to carry positive reminders and boosts of confidence throughout their day!
Who are MOODLES products designed for?
MOODLES products are primarily designed for children aged 3 and up. Teenagers, parents, teachers, and even therapists find them useful for creating conversations around emotions and social-emotional learning (SEL)

We do our best to ensure that the images on our website accurately represent our MOODLES Slap Bands and Wristbands. Rest assured, the bands you receive will still feature the same characters, emotions, and motivational messages as shown on the website!

What should I do if I have an issue with my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?
Returns & Exchanges
You may return items that are in unused condition with all original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process, simply click on Start a Return.
Please note, that return requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team.
We offer free return shipping on all orders within the United States. However, return shipping costs for international, FPO, and APO orders are not covered.
Once your returned package arrives at our facility, it may take 7-10 business days to process your return.
Refunds will be issued after the item is inspected and confirmed to be in new, unused condition with original packaging. If the item does not meet these conditions, no refund will be issued. If you choose to have the item returned to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! If your product arrives damaged, please email us at moodles.orders@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace the damaged product or offer a refund.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or personalized notes, but we are working on expanding our services to include these options in the future. Stay tuned!
Do you offer discounts for bulk including school, medical professionals, and therapist orders

Where do you ship?
We currently ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. For specific country availability or shipping questions, feel free to contact us.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

ORDERS
Are items in my cart reserved until I check out?
No, items in your cart are not reserved. They remain available to other customers until you complete the checkout process. The item goes to whoever checks out first.
Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it is placed. This includes adjustments to items like creatures, colors, or bundles. Please double-check your order and shipping details before confirming, as we can’t modify them after processing.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
We’re unable to combine or hold orders for shipping together. Each order will be processed and shipped individually.
Can you apply a sales promotion to a recent purchase?
No, we cannot retroactively apply promotions or coupons to previous orders. All promotions must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after the purchase is complete.
What is sales tax and why is it charged?
Sales tax is a tax on the sale of goods, and each state has its own rates and guidelines. As an online retailer, we are required to collect and remit sales tax in states where applicable. MOODLES does not keep any of the tax collected; it is passed directly to the state.
Following the June 21, 2018, Supreme Court ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, states can require businesses without a physical presence to collect and remit sales tax for online sales. For more details, reference South Dakota v. Wayfair.
Canadian Customers: As of July 1, 2022, we are required by law to collect GST/HST for all sales to Canada. For more information, see [GST/HST Requirements](insert link).
UK Customers: As of January 1, 2021, we are required to collect VAT on sales to Great Britain for orders under £135. Orders over £135 will follow existing customs rules. For more information, see [VAT Requirements](insert link).
Tracking my international order
Some carriers mark packages as "delivered" once they leave the US. However, you can continue tracking your package on your local postal service’s website using the same tracking number until it arrives.
Colorado Retail Delivery Fee
